Please help me identify this iCE shirt

[Pharah’s Vintage Closet]

I picked this up a few years ago and forgot about I had it. I believe it’s a men’s shirt. Tags says iCE made in Italy.

The buttons/or snaps are on the typical male side, left over right. I am not familiar with the label, but going by the collar shape, 100% Nylon, and the fonts on the labels, I would think early 80s. The disco era was still happening, with slinky men's shirts with sexy graphics, the dagger collar could be late 70s, but I think 80s because of the font used for "ICE" - that is very street style early-mid 80s. Think of the graffiti in the movie Beat Street, or Basquiat. What a fun shirt! The print is killer!
