**Post Labels for the LABEL RESOURCE Here** 2025

Je viens enfin de dater cette jupe Guy Laroche elle date de la collection haute couture printemps été 1994.

Thanks, PL! I've edited the LR with this information.
As always, your attention to detail is greatly appreciated!

This is a bit of a mystery but this 80s cable knit wool fisherman's sweater with a Katahdin Ruggedwear label has an RN number 71341 -registered to LL Bean! I see the similar Katahdin Maine mountain logo on LL Bean goods, and I see Katahdin Ironworks as an LL Bean line. I can not find written evidence of LL Bean using a Katahdin Ruggedwear label without the name LL Bean on it, but I believe it MUST have been an 80s line of theirs. If you would like me to reshoot the label I can, sorry, I just realized it is crooked. I would like to submit this to the LL Bean label page.

ADDED TO THE LR 2-1-25, THANKS JEN!

Mamo Howell
Aloha Shirt, early 1990s

The label was licensed in 2010 to Pomare Ltd., the parent company of Hilo Hattie’s. Mamo designs characteristically feature large bold prints, some inspired by Hawaiian quilts. The designer’s signature is often incorporated within the fabric’s design.

Mango’s by Allan James
Holomū, c. 1991

Allan James, originally from Hawaiʻi Island, opened Hawaiian Heritage by Allan James in 1986. The label manufactured men’s and women’s aloha wear on Oʻahu, at a studio in Kalihi. The fabric used in the garments were designed with elements of Hawaiian culture, notably plants, lei, and Hawaiian quilts. Printed on solid-colored cotton-polyester blend fabric, the design often contained the designer’s signature. The dresses typically have details evoking late-19th-century styles with puffed sleeves, sleeve bands, yokes, and plackets. Covered buttons using a solid contrasting color fabric and dress hems usually ending with ruffles were also common design elements.
