    Hi all :)

Could I get some help dating this Jean Leslie Juniors dress? I can't really find any info about the label. It has a side metal zipper and feels to be made of cotton - at least I think it is! I'm also not sure if a crinoline should be used our not - it is a very full skirt.

    Thanks :)

The hairdo on the label looks very 1940s. As it's a peasant / country western style the style has carried on for years. The novelty butterfly and bug print is quite amazing! I like the photo with the crinoline better as it shows it off to more advantage, although I don't think a crinoline would have been used at the time. Nice find!

Thank you :) I love the print too! It's what drew me to the dress!
