Pretty little blouse - 1930s or 40s?

Hello everyone,
I have recently acquired this sweet little blouse from Ebay but am not sure of its age - 1930s or 1940s?
The only photo on the listing was very blurred so I took a chance. It was described as being a vintage blouse in good condition and I was expecting it to be from around the 1960s-80s so was very pleasantly surprised when it arrived!
The blouse is nicely hand made and I think it is cotton - quite stiff so possibly organdie/organdy? It is tiny - about a modern size 8 I would think. The only fastening is a row of poppers/press studs at the bottom left hand side.
In excellent condition with such a lovely floral pattern - it could easily be worn today (if only I could fit in to it!).
Any opinions on age and fabric

Oh, so charming! Great find! It does look like cotton organdy and 1930s to me.

I agree with Maggie on the dating. Is it a possibility that it was cut from a dress to form a top? The hem on the blouse seems very narrow and doesn't balance the garment. Does it slip over the head, or is there a placket? it would likely to have had snaps, if there is one.

Thanks to all for your replies.
It pulls on and has an opening about 6 inches long on the left hand side which fastens with press studs/poppers (not sure if that's what snaps are?). I've tried to show this in the third photo.

Yes, now I see them. Yes, we in the US call them snaps. Snaps or poppers, we hear them!

Also think 30s - perhaps stiff because it was starched? Really sweet.
