My new store, Purseaholic, which is the handbag annex of KitschNSink is now open. The inventory will feature dreamy vintage handbags, vintage wallets and other handbag accessories, and very selective more modern items. An "adoption" program will also be available for the overpursed.

Handbags were my forte on ebay, I am now no longer offering them there, but exclusively at my mall shop only, from one purse appreciator to another!

My original store, KitschNSink, will still remain open for all "non-handbags" and I am still actively adding inventory, but this is a great compliment to it.

I will be adding one handbag or wallet per day to the inventory for the month of December. (That's a lot of purses!).

Here is a preview. The Tapestry and beaded one is new for today. Who knows what style and era will be new tomorrow!

Yay, yay, yay. Purseaholics unite! I LOVE purses. Tell me more about your adopt-a-purse program? I have so many purses I was thinking of opening a handbag store too, in addition to debutante clothing (babylon). I'm so excited! More bags for my collection.

As one who owns a purse from Chris, I can tell you - her purses are super great!! The purse I bought from her is a bright orange oblong handbag with little brass feet and a row of colorful blocks across the top! It's one of my favorites and will never leave my personal collection. (Aside from the fact that Chris is a ROCK! She's a solid seller and a stellar person!!)

There's my $1.00 worth about Chris! (2 cents would never do!!)

You are way too sweet Maureen (and funny). You know I still use a graphic of that purse on my business cards! Time to change it to a new purse. What reminds me of me about Maureen is she has a purse section on her website w/ no purses because she keeps em all!

You are soooooooo right!! I DO have a purse section on my website and NO PURSES LISTED!! I have been busted by the Queen Bee of the Purse Hive :D:P:D:P

Yea, yea, yea - I am hording them all! I wish you could see the collection of Margaret Smith bags I have! Enough to choke a horse, but do you see any listed?? Nooooooooooooooooo!

I can't let them go!! :cool:

I get so many emails from people telling me the link to my Purses section is broken! Then I have to kindly reply that it isn't the link that's broken, it's me :mad::mad:

Thank you for making me laugh (really hard) at myself and for "Outing" me to the VFG public boardies as Ms. Purse Horder of 2005! I feel so cheap & tawdry now!!:o Oh no wait, I always feel that way!;)

Maybe you should just have your purse link clickable and then a page will come up and say "Just kidding, made you look!"

You just made me think up another public board event idea, thanks Maureen :) Now you probably are wondering what you are in for....
 
Well I had better scoot over and see what Chris might have for Nanc who happens to have a soft spot for vinty purses....I certainly don't need to expand my collection but it is always nice to window shop!!!!

Whats the difference between need and want???:hysterical:
