Yes, it is full length, lots of fabric in the skirt, the sweep is 164 inches.

I agree, it could definitely be a wedding dress with that length. Not extremely formal, but a very pretty, more casual design.

If you could just include one more pic I think we can get this nailed down for sure. The buttons in the back pix look correct, could you please post a close-up pic of the bodice, maybe from a 3/4 view?

I too think it's a late 40s-early 50s simple bridal gown.
