Questions about skirt!

Hi!
Can someone please help me determine the age of this skirt. There is no tag. I think it was sewn at home. The zipper is sewn by hand and the hook is sewn in some other time because the thread differs from the one in most seams. Interfacing on the belt is made of paper. the lower edge is trimmed with a bias tape. I burn a piece of cut fabric, and it's silk. At first I thought it was the 1950s, but the lining and the two overlock seams are a little bit off me. I will be grateful for the tips :)
Ps. sorry for mistakes but i don't speak english:)

I can only provide some general information.
The serger or overlock machine entered the home sewing market in the early 1970s, but it had been used in ready-to-wear for several decades.
The paper interfacing is probably something like pellon-a non-woven material.
The trim is lovely.
The fastener looks like one from home sewing. I think it might have been a sample for a manufacturer.
