Hi everyone!
I was extremely lucky yesterday on a shopping trip when the floor manager brought to my attention 2 racks of children's vintage clothing from the Ralph Lauren Library that was just going out onto the floor. I bought as much as I could carry!
I have a few pieces that need dating starting with this tiny wool coat with charming brass bird buttons.
The seams and facing are bound in heavy cotton, no lining except for inside the pockets. Heavy weight wool with a red and green boucle stripe? Shell buttons, braided soutache trim.
Quite small, must be for a younger child. Measures 30 inches across the chest, 13 inches in length.
