Usher in the final fête of the year with special occasion hats and purses. All the special occasion accoutrements shine bright in this week's Parade, as the Vintage Fashion Guild celebrates the not-so-humble hat & handbag for the season's parties and events. Show off the fanciest toppers and purses in your shop. The more festive the better: clutches, handbags, evening bags, compacts, for instance, but all styles are welcome. Jaunty hats of all sorts, such as: cocktail hats, tilt toppers, fascinators, top hats and dress hats for the gents are "invited" out on the town.
