I'm so sorry about Mz Bunny--I remember you talking about her years ago. She was very lucky you found her and she had a good life with you. What a cutie she was, and I know how much you will miss her. Losing a pet is never, ever easy, but you know you would not have wanted her to suffer or undergo traumatic treatment at her age. You did right by her.
I'm so sorry to hear about your little guy... I know what you are going through because I have a little one at the Vet right now. The symptoms sound similar but we don't have a diagnosis yet but she is also 13 and I am waiting for the Vet to say there is nothing that can be done (and falling to pieces every time I project that scene in my mind...)

So sorry to read about mz.bunny and the queen picture is so delightful to share. She was loved truly and it's so hard to put their feelings in front of ours ... but you did
as hard as it was.
I too have an old tuxedo kitty, 18 human years 88 kitty years. She still seems spry. But as I eyeball her as she's jumping off and on her favorite perches.. I think about stories like yours and wonder; when the time comes will be able to I face that music?
