Rockabilly vs. Leisure Suit Jacket

Hi Friends,
I've consulted the label resource, and read it was better to use the clothing style to date a Sears, Roebuck & Co. clothing item. I remember leisure suit jackets being longer, and I have little experience with rockabilly style--if that is even the correct term.

What should I call this and to what decade should I attribute it?

My guess is early 70s - not sure about rockabilly though which is generally earlier - maybe men's retro jacket would be good?
 
Looks seventies to me, with that collar. I don't really see rockabilly here.

The King's Road in London was a famous street in the late sixties and seventies, a centre first for 'swinging London', then for the punk scene. And particularly for fashion. I would think this Sear's line was named after it - aiming at a bit of London cool for Sears customers in the seventies.
 
You guys are the best! Thanks for all your unanimous answers. I was hesitant because I grew up in the 70s and I remember the jackets being longer. My dad worked at I. Magnin and wore Angels Flight pants and nylon shirts and wide ties. His jackets were not cropped like this. They were more like the white disco suit in Saturday Night Fever. But I was a kid, so I don't have the perspective of the many members here. Thanks again. I'm off to make a donation!
