Seeking info on Jacqueline Bert Cote D'azur Nice English Manufacture

I have this lovely 70's cotton maxi dress but I've not been able to find anything about the name on the label, or why it gives a french address and then states English manufacture - has anyone seen this before?

I would assume Jacqueline Bert was a boutique and she carried these from an English manufacturer for her store.

So she designs them, has them made and then exported? (and somehow it gets back here!)

I have had a lot of interesting 60s and 70s item from the Cote D'Azur with names that are not well known but the quality of the garments is always very good. There must have been a lot of boutiques catering to the tourist trade.

We have a summer cover-up from her we found in Provence… made in France…
