I have some lovely green shoes that say inside - 'Miss Holmes - London Look - Holmes of Norwich'.

Does anyone know some background info on this make?

I also have a handbag with 'Holmes of Norwich' inside (not Miss Holmes though.)

I would love to know more.

I love them but they are too small for me.

The size says 4 1/2 but I am a 4 and there's no way I'd get right into them!

Green's my fave colour so I bought them anyway.

I'm just going to keep them as a prop for a photo idea I've got for one of my shoots.

Were they worth £5.00?

I think so but maybe someone will say that was too much?

Oh they are FAB! Good job they're too small for me too or I would be hounding you to sell them, lol!

I've got a few pairs of Miss Holmes shoes, always nicely made and pretty stylish - I'll have to see if I can find anything out as i've not tried before.... And Senti is right - definitely worth a fiver!

I don't know anything about them but they were definitely worth the money, to display if nothing else.

Hmmm, that's a good point. What does a mannequins foot measure? I used to have one a few years ago but had to sell her as I needed pennies at the time
