Hello Friends! I'm trying to find out more about this sweater we always thought was a Norwegian sweater. I confess I'm not knowledgeable in this area at all, so any help or insight is appreciated. It's beautifully made, it seems like a sturdy or "double" weight, and is in very good shape though it was well loved and well used. Hardly any pilling or indication of its being used. Any insights? Were there other brands of "Norwegian" sweaters made in Hong Kong? Thank you for your time & expertise!

    Nice sweater, and pockets too!

The US Federal Trade Commission maintains a searchable database for RN #s here RNs can be used on tags in place of a company name for textiles imported into the US.
I tried with a few combos of what I think your RN is - 25848? 75849? And didn’t come up with any obvious winner.
