Some of my holiday-finds!

Since I wore one of my super-duper vintage finds of the last two weeks today and photographed it anyway for Facebook, I quickly grabbed a few more things, so here we go:

The perfect 80's sweater! I loved the whole big-chunky-sweater-and-leggings look since it was around the first time, though I was just a kid. For about three years now I have been looking for such a crazy, multi-colored, appliqued sweater - ever since I've been wearing leggings again. Last week I got lucky at the Caritas store! This lovely piece was probably never worn, it's pristine, and it didn't even cost much (surely less than it did originally!). The boots are new, BTW, though they look very 80s.

I also went to the most wonderful fleamarket in a small town last weekend, and finally found a nice pair of 80s boots. I have two pairs of new boots that totally have the 80s look, but I'm not just a shoe-maniac, I'm a boot-maniac, so why resist? :USING: They're by Gabor, so really good quality - and cost a mere 7 Francs!

I'm going yellow! It seems yellow, the color that always least suited me, is my "new color"! It started with this 70's necklace which I found just irresistible... and continued with a pair of (new) yellow boots...

... and continued with this super hand bag. Genuine leather, buttery soft, perfect condition, and mine for an incredible 10 Francs...! The logo inside sais "Rodo" - funny, just the week before, in Vienna, my friend bought two Rodo bags at the fleamarket there!
To complete the picture, I also bought a lovely mustard-colored short coat, secondhand but definitely not more than a year old.

And another handbag! It's quite roomy, so perfect for gals like me who always take half of their household with them :D. This is from the fleamarket in Vienna.

Of course I also made some additions to my doll collection - here's my favourite one, the cutest Sindy doll I have ever come across!

That's all for now, I'll add the pièce de résistance and some more things as soon as I get the time.

Thanks you all!

The bag is only stamped "Rodo" inside, it doesn't say "Made in Italy". The Rodo bags my friend bought were wicker too! One had the same Rodo logo as mine, and the other one had a different one, that looked more modern. Not that I know anything about it - I didn't know this brand before.

I think the reptile bag isn't really reptile leather, it's only treated to look like that, but I have found that I actually love this kind of look - it's my third faux reptile bag ;).
