Suits you Sir!

Yes, commited the ultimate vintage sellers crime. Took it out to photograph, tried it on as I thought it looked nice and it fits.

Struggle with conscience (and bank balance) ensues....

Will probably list it in a few weeks once I convince myself that having not worn a suit for over 4 years it's not high on my list of wardrobe priorities.. but just now I'm keeping it!

Harriet, you MUST keep that suit--it is divine! (I adore the pocket treatment!) And don't fret that you haven't worn a suit in years; this will do nicely instead of a dress to a nice dinner out, a holiday party, etc. I would unbutton that jacket a bit and put something soft looking under it, some vintage jewelry, the right shoes, and you will not need a business meeting to go to in order to wear it!

Thank you, Harriet. I love seeing the older labels almost as much as the garments.

It's really a fab suit.

That's a wonderful suit! I'd have to keep it too if it fit. And these days I rarely wear anything other than jeans and a t-shirt. ;)

Hi Harriet

Oh you cannot sell this suite! If it been in your wardrobe for a while on not worn then maybe the thing to do is to find the right shoes, seamed stockings etc, :clapping::clapping:and wear it around the house if you have time for a short while then you will see how good it look on once again and that will encourage you to make further use of it.
And keep it, some thing are worth more than money if you like it and look good wearing it.
Just a thought Paul.
P.S why not then take a photo of it been worn and encourge us all and yourself!
