It looks like the fabric of his necktie matches his miniskirt. I love the look of a kilt on a man, whether Scotch or Utilikilt, which are popular here in the Pacific NW. Mini A-line, not so much.
Oh, I agree Maggie...I have often admired a man in a kilt of one sort or another, and I agree with you Carla, I think Anthony Kedis looks good in that skirt. I think it is the length of the mini A-line skirt that just looks wrong to me. I mostly was surprised that this almost happened in the 60s. The article says that it didn't go into production.
