How is this “authentic” and “made in the USA” with a Asian language tag and WASH SYMBOLS ?

    this is real?

Hello and welcome to the forums, @Ji won joung . Please note that we cannot authenticate times on the forums (see our forum rules). However, tags in an Asian language alone do not mean in general that an item can't be authentic.

The Western language material & care tag is also printed in several languages - English, French, German, Spanish, Italian. So this was an item that was intended for export to various countries. At a guess, the Asian language tag is in Japanese, and that was simply added separately instead of adding that text on to the other label. Going by the care symbols (which may be required by law) and the percentages, it has the same meaning as the other language tag.

I agree with Karin that it could have been made in the USA for the Asian market. I am not aware of a serious market for faked Woolrich labeled clothing. Not impossible, of course, but seems less likely than high end luxury goods.
