Toe cleavage shoes --are these shoes 50s?

The heel is very high and the toe part is very low showing toe cleavage. The brand is Southern Charm, about which I can find nothing.

Now Jonathan can tell you much closer to the exact year, but I am pretty sure those are early 50s, maybe even 1948, and part of the New Look style

I'd call it brocade rather than damask. The label is Southern Charm, Lizzie. They do look like they might have been a bride's shoes. There is not much wear on them.
 
For what it's worth, I'm seeing a lot of high-end round-toe pumps in magazine editorials and ads. Wonderful shoes, great find!

Hollis is right, late 1940s - early 1950s. Possibly bridal, but silver brocade baby doll pumps like these were popularly worn with satin or tulle evening gowns as well, and a matching silver purse.
