Would these be pumps?

But what do you call each style of heels?

Hi Pauline....

cool galoshes! no clue about the heel style - but would the bottom
pair be called 'slip-ons'?

Sue

The first pair are late 1950s and are meant for a spike heel, not a stiletto, but rather a stacked leather spike heel - they were popular in the late 1950s for winter -- a little sturdier in style.
The second pair are for a cuban heeled pair of shoes, like the granny shoes of the mid 1930s - early 1960s. Your pair are also most like 1950s, they were popular with older women.
