Valentino Logo?

I am traveling in Italy and purchased a vintage Valentino scarf from a thrift store, but I am unfamiliar with the specific logo. It’s script with a long line extending from the V over the other letters. Can anyone confirm this is legitimate, and maybe when the scarf could have been produced?

The white floral scarf in the photo is unbranded, I’m

focused on the blue one.

Also, the challenge with Valentino is that there are two... "the" Valentino you are probably thinking of is Valentino Garavani, but then there is also Mario Valentino... - though the signature on your scarf does not look like any of the the logos and labels we have on our Label Resource for the two...
