Hi! Those are two lovely and classic pieces, for sure. Judging by the labels, and font can tell you a lot, these pieces are 80s - 90s. When vintage clothing has labels, I always google TESS and go to the second link, the government's trademark search. If the brand was trademarked there are often drawings submitted and it will state when the brand/label design was trademarked, which gives you a solid ballpark. This works about half the time for me.

I agree with Amber - the second one is '60s influenced but from the '90s. The first one is a little harder on such small amount of information (if you have any more label pics it will help) but my feeling is '80s or '90s too.

It looks like they filed for the trademark in 1999, but there's no drawing to match the label to. The company may have also existed for years prior to filing for a trademark. That's the problem with this search, but when you hit something dead on it's really exciting!
