I was thinking somewhere along the lines of 20’s to 40’s on their blouse. Only trim is silk. The body of it feels like muslin or another cotton based fabric. Any info is appreciated!

This looks like a 1920's child's dress to me. What are the measurements?

Gorgeous! I'm in agreement with Francis on it being a child's dress, not a blouse. The gauzy-looking fabric could be cotton batiste.

The bust is a 42”. That is what lead me a little more towards women.

@Esteban Kelly, here are a few examples of early-mid '20s dress styles for girls with similar details...

  7. I thought it might be a '20s nightgown - but it seems a bit short. The lovely trims look very lingerie-y to me.

The armseye measurement is how you would tell if this were child size. Measure from inside of shoulder through the armpit.
