I have a Wolf model 1954 dress form with a cage skirt, collapsible shoulders and a heavy wheeled base with a little foot pedal to adjust the height. One of the shoulders is deteriorated - the fabric is ripped and frayed and all stained. The foot pedal doesn't work either. I don't care about any of it, I'm so in love with this thing. lol Would anyone know how to go about repairing it? I hear some people recover them, but I'm hesitant to do that. I can post pics if it would help.
