Vintage faux pearls anyone?

hi can anyone tell me anything about these.
Are they vintage? I bought them today and they hang beautifully.
I can't find anything similar online and was interested in them.
Can anyone help? Are they new? The condition is so lovely I'm confused.
Thank you.

Love the one on the left...so the clasp on this one is meant to be shown on the side. Hopefully one of our jewelry mavens will come in and help you out a little more with these. The 5 strand one has an interesting clasp. They are both lovely examples!

Are there any markings at all on the back of the clasps? If you could take photos of the back of the clasps that could also help to id.

They are lovely. They look C. 1950's to me. I'm sure you already have checked everywhere for a maker's mark but it would help it there is one! How long is each necklace?

Hi thank you for your reply.

I thought 50s too. They are pristine though, except for few light scratches to the back of the clasps they look new.

I got three necklaces from the charity/thrift shop, they look like the same lady owned them. The other set is a two string, it's a tiny bit dirty and looks like that one was the one she wore the most. ( sadly they didn't know anything about the lady)

I can't see a makers name would it be obvious? I'm puzzled as I cant find similar despite a lot of searching!

The lengths are 49cm each.

A maker's mark would either be on the push-in part of the clasp or on the back of the clasp - or somewhere on the clasp. I have been trying to find something similar online as well and found a couple of pieces searching for "vintage graduated faux pearl multi-strand necklace." The pieces I found were in London - and while similar to your necklaces are not your pieces. Since you gave the measurements in cm.; I am assuming you are not in the US. and it's likely that your pieces were made in whatever country you are from. The style is C.1950's -possibly late 1940's; and they are really nice. Great finds!
