Here we go with the new thread for The VI/Blog cross promotion. Please remember the Blog entry will be posted each Tuesday, so you want to make sure your item is available at that point. Try to keep it to 3 pictures and under per item posted and do state what theme or themes for each item. Justine will choose several items from each theme to be featured in the VFG Blog site. If you have posted something and it has sold before the blog entry- you don’t have to remove it-just edit with a big SOLD sign!

Justine’s reminders about links to your auctions/store/websites.

If your item is up and ready for sale - please include a link directly to the auction or directly to the page on your website where the item is. Since this promo is all about the *exact* items shown here, I'd prefer to link directly to the item for sale as opposed to just your general website. Plus, it's taking me a lot of time to go through the things and find direct links where applicable.

Secondly if you post your items before they go up (and please do!) - please come back and revise your post with links when you DO put them up for sale. Ideally the latest to put the items up would be Monday night as the post is going to be done on Tuesdays.

And lastly, no worries AT ALL about the pic sizes - Blogger automatically resizes, so don't waste your time worrying about how big they are. The bigger the clearer (however try and refrain from ultra huge poster size ones that screw up the board! lol).

What do you all think about including patterns in the promo?
It just occurred to me today :BAGUSE:
Below is a possible example with sample photo. Do you guys
think it's okay, or maybe not enough in line with what we are
trying to do? Lemme know--I wont have hurt feelings if the
answer is no, but Im happy to jump on the bandwagon if it
makes sense.

I think patterns are a fine addition! One day I will learn how to sew and make my own clothes. Or more accurately I will have enough money to hire a seamstress to make me the clothes I want. lol

Wow, Lizzie, I just saw a very similar NEW dress in a store window yesterday that was very much like your Harvey Berin.
