After all, nothing adds more panache to evening wear, more fortitude to work wear, and more comfort to casual wear than a cape. Nothing is easier to fling on and immediately feel not only put-together, but even statement-making. (No wonder superheroes wear capes!) Modern-made capes often owe their inspiration to their predecessors, so this week the VFG offers vintage capes for all your caped crusades.
