Vintage Inspirations- F/W 2017: Velvet Crush ~ VFG Fashion Parade for the week of November 27th

Can you guess which trend is taking over fall…again? That’s right, designers are still crushing on velvet! But be warned, velvet in bold colors and jewel tones is where it’s at for the fall 2017 season. The ultimate Fashionistas are ditching the basic black and reaching for an emerald green, canary yellow, or deep burgundy like those shown in the collections from Dolce & Gabbana, Jason Wu, and Carolina Herrera.

This week members will put their best velvet out on parade. Get ready to show your evening wear, coats, accessories, and anything else you may have in this fabric of luxury. Don’t forget that velvet is not just for a lovely lady, it’s also for a sophisticated gentleman. Be sure to include some amazing velvet menswear!
