Vintage Inspirations: In Tiers
Tier: one of a number of successively overlapping ruffles or flounces on a garment.

Skirts, sleeves and even some pants had tiers on Spring 2020 runways. Revisit the flounces of vintage while staying on trend with this uber feminine detail.
