So i picked up this vintage swimsuit. It is rayon... So its washable right?? It feels like an odd velvet or velour. Its fantastic. Pics are hard because obviously bottom pulls it down when just hanging. My question is... Mid 60's??? Is it really a washable swimsuit?? Any other info about this??

  2. Late 60s but it is a blend of arnel and nylon, a synthetic. Not rayon. And it can be hand laundered, but the color may run.

Oh my gosh that's cute! It's reading a little later for me, maybe early 70s?

And I agree with Suzanne, it's probably washable but I'd do it by hand and by itself as red can really run.

I would also say about 69-72 on that monokini. They are hard to photograph unless on a model or dress form with legs.
