Vintage Uranium/Vaseline Glass Ring

I found this lovely Uranium glass ring at an antique store (for only $9!!!) and would love to know more about it. I know it's uranium glass, it glows beautifully under a black light. I would like to know the era and any more about the stone. There are two marks on the inside, a stylized "S" and something that is unfortunately too small for me to read with the naked eye. I'll update with the second mark once I track down a magnifying glass.
