What do i do w this Valentino Boutique Party Dress?

I think its a 90’s dress, but dont know how to read the label for clues to perhaps find a photo of it.
I haven’t figured out how to post a photo of the label and dress
help.

Can you please post full photos of your dress and of any labels it has? That will hopefully help with dating it.
