What do you make of this cape? Can you date?

    At least I am thinking it would be a cape.... I am pretty sure it is reversible, but am totally unsure of the date. It is handmade, no tages, material feels like soft wool....

    <p>It looks 1970's to me.
    <p>Capes and ponchos were all the rage then as they are now.

    It looks woven to me at this distance - and very like the Welsh Wool Tapestry works, although I've never seen this kind of design by them = might be worth checking into it though??
