What I made from Maggie's fabric

I got this bit of fabric with fantastic L'Officiel novelty print from Maggie @denisebrain in my Secret Santa present and knew I had to make something from it :)! It has taken a bit longer, but now I have time for this kind of stuff...
So here it is, thanks to some creative cutting, made from Butterick 9980, which I've made before (but this time with short sleeves), one of my go-to 1960s patterns, and with 1940s buttons:

Thanks, all! There was no real choice in placing the pattern... I had to make sure that I had enough fabric to cut all pieces :hysterical:. I've made the other blouses from this pattern with three-quarter length sleeves, but here I had to be very careful to get even the short sleeves cut... The facings are not cut on the straight of the grain :BAGUSE:. With sturdy cotton fabrics like this one, this is usually not a problem though, I just make sure the main pieces are cut correctly. I've made so many things now from fabric remnants now that I've gotten quite good at this.
Thanks for the link, Claire. I am familiar with that doll - but don't have it. At the moment I can't add more dolls unless I take some more out of the collection...
