What is the name for this type of bodice?

Is there a name for this type of bodice....you can't see from this shot but the crossover gathered Empire waisty thing is laid over an underlying acetate layer.

I have a feeling there isn't a particular name for that style as it is a little more unusual with the inverted V shape bust line but I'd be tempted to call the waist treatment ruched or sash waist. (though the latter brings to mind a typical sash around the waist rather than this more placed variety)
Cross over waist sash decoration?
