Hi there! New here.
I have a WMCA (White Metal Casters association) marked thing. I don't know what it is. Help? I've never seen anything like it. All the stones have been removed.

I was thinking scarf ring, or buckle?!? Not sure on era, would have thought 60’s… maybe, but it’s a guess. I’m wondering though if it originally had stones in it?

I am wondering it it may have originally one of a pair of a shoe buckle / shoe adornment.

Shoe clips have a prong like finding to adhere to the shoe. These are in my collection - they are Bakelite.
