I found someone on ETSY to do one for me - I liked the whimsical attitude.

If you search "banner" under "all items" you will get 32,000 places to look! The man who did mine lives in Spain!

I made my own using these instructions: http://www.athriftymrs.com/2011/08/how-to-create-free-blog-header.html Pic-nic no longer exists but there are plenty of similar programmes out there like fotoflexr and pixlr, or you could use photoshop/MS paint..? That whole blog is full of useful little tips actually!

Bears Banners and Graphics on etsy is fabulous. They are very professional and will work with you to design exactly what you want. No cookie cutter graphics.
And affordable.
They have done all of my banners.
