My wife recently purchase a small Whitng Davis mesh purse that came in a box with a tag. Can anyone help us identify it. A first glance we don’t see the stamp of Whiting Davis. I have attached photos
what does the top of the box look like? From the side view it appears authentic. I would say 1920's, Look for a stamp in the metal inside the frame like this-
