who made this vest?

hey everyone this vest below is from some time in the 1970's not completely sure might be older, but i have no idea who made it or what kind of vest it is or if it was custom made, also have a hard time making out the brand name on the tag, any info you may have would be great!

It's a fishing vest, I think.

Looks more recent than the 1970s. It looks to be a copy of a vest used in a movie/film. Maybe a sci fi type of film. That type of garment, a movie replication, is a more contemporary thing. At least that's my take on it.
