Would This Blouse Be Vintage?

  1. The label looks old..maybe 70s.:puzzled:

    And I showed it paired with a sheer hanky hem skirt. No label. 80s?

    Yes, I'd say it's late 70s, with that gathered sleeve cuff. So pretty!

    The skirt, I'm not sure about. sIt look like what is being worn today, but certainly could be vintage.

    The skirt confuses me too. The black and white thing was big in a particular year in the early 90s but i forget which one. But black and white is in every decade 80s 70s so i can't really say for sure. it has vintage appeal though even if it isn't. the panel is highly unusual though...not something i have seen.
