I was preparing a post celebrating Yves Saint Laurent's birthday for the VFG's Instagram account and ran across this video from Saint Laurent's 1976 "Opera - Ballets Russe" collection. I find it very moving.

Oohh yes, love the Russian collection! Those fabrics! And are those scarves intricately woven or ready made hats/turbans… it’s one of my favourites too!
