    NY Subway Shirt Wanted

Thanks Kevin- This is an older one (I think the copyright was 1996) and it was copyrighted by the transit authority. I had already looked at their current offerings, but I am hoping to eventually find one of these. If you NYers wouldn't mind keeping an eye out in your thrifting. Sue

    Returning for an Encore Appearance

The great mink jacket that I sold about a week ago was purchased by someone that I never heard from, and who apparently a lot of people never heard from. I am going to be relisting this tonight, and will probably put a BIN on it this time, so if you missed it the first time, be sure to check...

    NY Subway Shirt Wanted

Not just any NY subway shirt, but this one: I know this isn't vintage ( although in my son's relative terms, it probably is to him). Anyway, when my son was in 5th grade he got the opprtunity to be in Kenny Rogers Christmas show in NY. He and I spent 2 1/2 months in NY and he loved...

    I just dont understand???

Queenie- I didn't think they were bad, but I checked the file size of some of the pictures and they were pretty large. I don't have a problem because I'm on cable, but maybe some folks with dial up never get to the images. Just a thought, Sue

    Vintage Mink Jacket

I just listed a mink jacket. Since I am not a fur wearer or looker, I'd appreciate any comments about the auction. I've also had a request to add a BIN, and don't know whether or not to add one, and if so, what it should be. Thanks in advance. Sue

Don't we have someone from Norway here?

Well, if she's a newlywed, then I doubt that she's very intersted in looking at labels. Sue

Discussion: As A Buyer - What Do You Look For?

Roo- Not totally on topic, but I thought I'd throuw a comment in on the Alaska Hawaii thing. If packages get over about 3-4 pounds, I generally used fedex ground. It is much cheaper at that level than priority. However, fedex ground to Alaska and Hawaii is astronomical, and USPS is...

I think I'll stop selling clothes and start selling only electric curlers

I sold some Beautifying Mist Curlers about a year ago for $60-$70. Someone on VCA had recommended looking for them. After they sold I emailed the buyer and asked "so what's the big deal with these?" She said she just liked them. However, I had looked at her bidding history and she had...
