It was made by a home sewer, from a Vogue Sewing Pattern. You won't be able to find out who made it, it could be anyone. You can only try and identify the sewing pattern, but that isn't easy, as Midge has already found out.

There is a filter for Show Only: Unread threads, that you can remove by clicking the X (right hand side of screen in the grey bar).
If you want to make this permanent, you can change your default filter setting:
Go to filters at the right hand side, untick Unread, and tick Save...
