50s or 60s?? MAM'SELLE by BETTY CAROL

    I was thinking 60s as well, the reason being - I purchased a dress with very similar fabric at Bergdorf Goodman in the mid-60's. I had been invited to "junior prom" at Princeton (all men back then.) The "band" was 'The Loving Spoonful.' Oh my. I sold that dress dirt cheap. :-(

    Its equivilant to todays size 0. Super tiny!

  4. good! Now I can't be tempted! if it were a 26" waist it would be MINE!!! even though I am a 28 'cause that's what corsets are for!

    Vicki - are you measuring the waist from the outside or the inside? Wow - that is a tiny waist if you measured it from within

    It is tiny!

    A Juniors size 5 from circa 50s.

    Probably why it is in mint condition!
