Amber, I can see a solid line running through the wide straps, both on the front and back - am I imagining it or is part of the lace?

Hi, I have included a picture of the applique and the seam in the strap. The strap looks like two pieces of lace that are sewn together.

I keep looking at this pretty little top and I would go with late 30s or early 40s on this and I would bet it had a pair of matching lace tap pants.
