Hi Plousia, 45" (115cm) is quite wide for 1960, any chance it's an upholstery fabric which tends to be wider? If it's a dress fabric then it's more likely to be '70s I think, which is the great age for printed corduroy.
Corduroy is invariably pure cotton I find, unless it's a stretch or other texture like a velour or faux fur.
I agree that printed corduroys were popular in the 1970s. However, they are still easily found today and, at a 45" width, could very well be modern.
