My mom is getting a message to her friend Hanna for me. Hanna was a German war bride who married an American G.I.
When Herbie got out of the service after WWII, they moved to San Francisco and Hanna started working at I. Magnin's in Union Square. It was the only place she ever worked until she retired!!
I am almost positive she has some fabulous and pristine vintage magnin stuff (meaning lots of labels). Hopefully she can email me some photos and goodies. She's a really neat woman!!
In the meantime, I will get started on the bio research next week. I am so far behind on my listings right now! I need to take a few days to list, list and list some more!
