Same here re the hanging loops.

Just realized that this dress that I plan on listing
Wednesday is a Carol Craig.

The skirt is wonderful with embroidery and eyelet - looks
very much like Ayrshire work.

This has the Carol Craig New York label.

Mine does have hanger loops so...I'm going with early to mid 60's on it.
