Need help with ID of a Ribbon Fabric Please

Hi everyone,

I'm a bit stumped on what to call this lovely green and ribbon fabric. Can anyone offer suggestions? Feels sort of like acetate.

It looks like possibly acetate that has been processed through a raschel knitting machine: https://vintagefashionguild.org/fabric-resource/raschel-knit/ It's the chain stitch on the back that gives it away.

the background that the ribbon is sewn on looks like faille, sort of, doesn't it?
