Hi all. Can anyone help me know if my pretty tablecloth found in a second hand shop is hand embroidered or mass produced junk☺?

    Many thanks! 20180701_135641.jpg

Hi there. Hard to see all the details which would help me but this embroidery stencil (Gone with the Wind lady) was very popular in the very early 1940s.

  3. I have also heard this type of embroidery design referred to as "Southern Belle". It is still popular today with embroiderers who enjoy retro designs. Very pretty!

    I do believe it's vintage. Yes! 40s-50s.
